STEEL-ROOT® no longer has to be installed into the ground, but can be set up at ground level. This enables even faster and more flexible use and is therefore ideal for temporary construction projects.

Assembly without special tools

Installing a mast takes less than an hour and can be dismantled just as quickly. No special tools are required.

Create a load-bearing surface

A load-bearing surface is created with the help of a frame construction which is filled up with split. The STEEL-ROOT® is then placed on top of it.

Positioning the counterweights

In contrast to the conventional STEEL-ROOT®, the steel plates at the end of the struts are equipped with a plug connection into which the counterweights for weighting are inserted — this prevents the counterweights from slipping. The weights are approximately 300 kilograms each and can be moved to the appropriate position using a small vehicle such as a wheel loader.

Raising the mast

The mast is connected to the STEEL-ROOT® by a folding hinge and can then be easily raised by using a hydraulic system. The installation of the mast is now finished — in less than an hour.
