Dismantling
Dismantling a concrete foundation is very time-consuming. The foundation has to be uncovered and destroyed in a complex process, steel and concrete have to be separated and disposed of. Soil has to be transported to the surface to close the pit. For the next project a new concrete foundation has to be created.
On the other hand, it is much easier to dismantle STEEL-ROOT®. The foundation is exposed and lifted out of the excavation pit. Assembled, it can directly be buried in another place for the next project or dismantled into individual parts and stored in a space-saving manner for the next construction project. The resulting opening in the ground is immediately backfilled with the previously excavated soil. There is no need for a separate delivery of soil.
