as a foundation for a floodlight pole
Many sports facilities are currently equipped with modern, energy-saving light sources. If the entire pole has to be replaced or first installed, this is usually a very time-consuming challenge — unless you decide to use the ready-to-use STEEL-ROOT®.
Below you can see an installation example of a mast system with the help of a STEEL-ROOT® foundation:
The STEEL-ROOT® assembly team carries micro excavators and all necessary equipment in the company's own transporters.
Excavation of the construction pit as well as creation of the planum.
Simultaneously the STEEL-ROOT® foundation can be easily assembled outside the construction pit.
The fully assembled STEEL-ROOT® foundation is lifted into the construction pit and aligned afterwards. In the soil located supply and disposal pipes and/or wires are usually no problem at all.
Cable conduits are pulled in for later wiring now. Then the old soil is backfilled and compacted layer by layer.
Now the STEEL-ROOT® foundation is immediately loadable. The mast can therefore be connected to the STEEL-ROOT® foundation via the folding hinge. Following this, the mast is raised with the help of the excavator. Alternatively the mast can be raised with a hydraulic system.
A strong connection between the STEEL-ROOT® foundation and the floodlight pole is produced. The folding hinge does not stick out of the ground after the construction pit is entirely closed.
The floodlight pole installation is completely done. This installation process is very fast, on a single day there can be up to three floodlight poles with STEEL-ROOT® foundations installed.
