Tiny Houses
Tiny houses, small houses with an area of less than 25 square meters, can also be safely installed on concrete-free STEEL-ROOT® foundations.
Below you can see an installation example of a tiny house with the help of STEEL-ROOT® foundations:
The BFtec assembly team appears on site with company-owned mini-excavators—- quick, flexible and straightforward.
Excavation of the construction pit. On-site storage of the excavated soil. Creation of the planum.
The STEEL-ROOT® foundation can be easily assembled outside the construction pit.
The fully assembled STEEL-ROOT® foundation can be easily placed and aligned in the excavation pit thanks to its low weight.
Then the old soil is backfilled and compacted layer by layer. Now the STEEL-ROOT® foundation is immediately loadable.
The upper part of the STEEL-ROOT® foundations stands out about 30 centimeters from the ground. With a screw thread on the upper area of the STEEL-ROOT®, the height of the small support plate can be adjusted to the millimeter. The space created under the tiny house fulfills several purposes: on the one hand, the air can circulate under the tiny house and thus prevent moisture from rising, and on the other hand, the supply and disposal lines are led into the mini house.
Last step, the tiny house is placed on the STEEL-ROOT® foundations. The installation of a tiny house is now complete.
